Overview
Skyline Estates sells homes that are still taking shape. I designed a platform where buyers can explore Dubai on a map, compare prices and see how a future home might look at different times of day.
Goals

Process
How I approached the project.

Local search
I mapped 214 search phrases across Dubai neighborhoods and planned a landing page for each area, with local business and place data.
- 02
Map experience
I placed the controls over an interactive WebGL map. Listings group together as users zoom in, and filters help compare travel times.
- 03
Property views
I added a floor selector so buyers can see how the view changes from one level to the next.
- 04
Performance
The initial JavaScript bundle stayed under 190 KB. The page loaded in 1.6 seconds on mid range Android phones.
